Thank you for choosing MMOR Transportation for your non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services. We are dedicated to providing reliable and high-quality service to our clients. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:
Credit Card Deposit
A credit card deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. This payment will appear on your credit card statement.
- Cancellations and No-Show Policy
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
- If you cancel more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled service, you may receive a credit toward a future trip, at the sole discretion of the business owner, based on availability.
- No-shows will be charged the full fare for the scheduled service, and no credit will be issued.
- Subscriptions
- Subscriptions to our services must be canceled within 15 days of the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.
- No refunds will be issued for charges already processed.
- Cancellations can be made through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team.
- Packages
- No refunds will be given for package purchases.
- Packages must be used within 90 days of purchase and are non-transferable.
- Unused portions of a package will expire after 90 days from the date of purchase, and no credit or refund will be issued for unused services.
