Thank you for choosing MMOR Transportation for your non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services. We are dedicated to providing reliable and high-quality service to our clients. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:

Credit Card Deposit

A credit card deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. This payment will appear on your credit card statement.

Credits issued due to cancellations or service modifications may be applied to future trips within 90 days of the original service date. Credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the original booking party.

Payment Method

We do not accept checks. All payments must be made via credit card, and all transactions are securely processed through our payment system. By booking a service, you agree to these payment terms.

Digital Products

All sales of digital products, including eBooks, guides, templates, and courses, are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued once a digital product has been purchased or downloaded. Please review your selection carefully before completing your purchase.
